All orders placed at prettyandbriteboutique.com are subject to 1-3 days payment processing. Therefore, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the date order is placed before contacting our customer service team.
Here at Pretty and Brite Boutique all sales are final. Under no circumstances will we accept returns ONLY if there is and error on our end. In this case that we ask for products to be returned in its original state.
Once an order leave our facilities there is no way of stopping it. Nor do we have control on when it will be delivered if there are any delays outsidev of our hands. The carriers are responsible for getting your items to your doorsteps and mailboxes.
Our team works in a quick and timely manner to ensure that we get our customers their packages without any delay in our part. In that sense we DO NOT ALLOW any exchanges once an order is placed. Those who would like to add to an order will simply have to place another order at their discretion for the items. If there is an error on our end that results in you recieving the wrong items, then and only then will we accept and exchange follow our protocol our the item which is to be returned in its original form and packing.
