Under the circumstance that there is an error made on our end, we will allow a return of it. Again, this is so ONLY if it is a mistake on our end. In this case, you will need to contact customer service and you will be taken care of immediately!

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping before contacting customer service. Once an order is handed over to the delivery carrier we CAN NOT make any changes to an order. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly with your tracking number to better assist you.

At any time that there is a delivery delay by the carrier due to unforseen circumstances, this is also something that is out of our control and you will need to contact the carrier.
